Using your Custom Domain for your bio link

What is a custom domain?

You can purchase a domain name and point directly to your profile page on MyEroLink. This means that by using a URL such as https://www.my-domain-name.com, you can link directly to your bio page, which would otherwise be available at https://www.myerolink.com/your-bio-page only without a domain name.

The MyEroLink configuration part

1. If you haven't purchased your domain name already, please refer to the domain purchasing part of this how-to below. You'll have to choose a thrid-party service known as a domain name registrar. This could be Namecheap or GoDaddy, etc.
2. Once you bought your domain name, copy and paste it to your custom name page.
3. Set up your domain so it points to your MyEroLink profile.
4. Allow 48 to 72 hours for the processing of your information.

Buying a domain with GoDaddy

1. Purchase your domain name.
2. Change your domain name server (DNS) A record in GoDaddy. You can watch the following video tutorial or use the written tutorial by GoDaddy.
3. Type in the IP address 162.215.131.140 when asked for it.
